Abigail Smith and band perform at Listen At Wellington 19 June

On Friday the 19th of June at 7pm Abigail and her band will be among 5 acts taking part in the new monthly night of creative music and spoken word, Listen Atin The Wellington, Baggot st. bridge, Dublin 4.listenat19JuneThis month broadcaster Billy Ó hAnluain will be giving us a good talking to. There will be a tribute to Terry Riley on his 80th birthday weekend with a new string quartet lead by Cellist and artistic director of the Crash Ensemble Kate Ellis. Abigail Smith and her band will be performing songs from her latest album “Fall into Silence”. Composer and musician Anna Murray will be performing some of her electro-acoustic works with visual projections and Laura Hyland's Clang Sayne will be creating songscapes to delight the ears.With 4 - 5 acts a night, on the 3rd Friday of each month. “Listen at Wellington” features a healthy assortment of Jazz and Classical music, Composers, Songwriters, Sound Artists, Poets, Storytellers and much much more.
